FANTASTIC FAMILY STAY AT MUSIC ROAD RESORT 😊

The clean and modern lobby welcomed us immediately and set the tone for our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering discounts for local attractions. Our room was spacious and clean, equipped with new furnishings. The breakfast buffet was a real surprise-delicious options including make-your-own waffles, eggs, and sausage kept our family happy every morning! The outdoor pool was a favorite for us. We also appreciated the serene location, set a few blocks away from the hustle of the Parkway, giving a nice balance of convenience and tranquility.

It was a very nice hotel, nicely decorated,provided a free breakfast and the pool area was very nice. We also liked the fact that the rooms are oversized and the bathrooms are larger than most too. The hotel is located where everything is easily to get to with a short drive to shopping, restaurants,the mountains or activities. We would certainly stay here again. There are two things I would comment on that I felt could be improved and added the first being the staff, during our stay there was only a younger gentleman that was friendly and more than eager to help or answer questions at the front desk. The other times the two other people, one being a man the other time a lady, seemed annoyed and not very friendly. The thing I feel that could benefit your hotel would be a fitness area, most people do not like to use another hotel for this purpose especially when it involves leaving children behind to do so.

The room was a nice size and elegant and equipped with sofa sleeper and a fireplace as described. A microwave oven and fridges worked well. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station.

Staff was polite and hotel is fairly clean and stunningly beautiful!

Wonderful location with clean, spacious rooms, and a friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent 😊 A perfect spot for families with great amenities.

The staff was great, the pool very nice. pricey hotel but worth it, everything was great except they need to add waffles for breakfast. a person can only eat so much bisciuts and gravy.

The housekeeping were very good and supplied us with lots of towels & all our needs, etc. The desk could have used more help at check-in. & there were not enough luggage carts. Had to wait 30 mins. For a cart.

Everything was great, the service was nice. Brand-new hotel located close to attractions, clean rooms and friendly staff and all the attractions, shops, and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of food at continental breakfast including cookies, fruit, yogurt, hot waffles and pastries to order.

we had a fantastic long weekend here! the pools and water slide were a huge hit with my family, especially my son who couldn't get enough. the breakfast had great options, and our room was spacious and clean with an amazing view of the river.

the indoor pool looked cloudy and uninviting.

Not enough elevators and t.v. sitting to low to see easily from bed.

The bathroom had mold, the hair dryer did not work, and the light fixture was falling from the ceiling. I don't like those inconveniences in a hotel.

Fun, fun, fun.

The indoor pool was open 24/7, so we made a splash with late-night swims! The breakfast spread was mouthwatering, especially the fluffy waffles and Southern-style biscuits that set the day right. Plus, the cozy balconies made for the perfect sunset view over the water-pure bliss!

We enjoyed the pool!

We thought we were reserving a family suite with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. Instead we got 1 large room with two queen size beds, no couch and a very small fridge and microwave on top. We requested to upgrade and were willing to pay more, however we were told nothing else was available for the entire week. We had to make do, we got real close that week.
